Mike Goldstein is the founder of HubKey Real Estate, a Philadelphia-based property management company serving the city and the neighborhoods that touch it, focused on making property ownership easier, clearer, and far less time-consuming for owners. HubKey works with both individual landlords and growing portfolios, helping clients navigate everything from leasing and compliance to ongoing management and long-term strategy.

HubKey was built around a simple idea: most property owners don’t want to be property managers. Mike and his team focus on taking the day-to-day work off an owner’s plate while still operating with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. From pricing and marketing to tenant placement, maintenance coordination, and reporting, HubKey emphasizes clear processes, realistic expectations, and consistent execution.

What sets HubKey apart is its focus on structure and transparency. The team believes that good property management should reduce friction, not create it. Owners know what’s happening, when it’s happening, and why decisions are being made, without needing to manage the process themselves.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending his summers in Cape May, where he owns a home and values the balance between running a growing business and maintaining strong ties to the places he cares about. As a member of the Center City Business Association, Mike and HubKey value being part of a local business community that supports thoughtful growth and long-term relationships. Looking ahead, the company plans to continue expanding its presence in Philadelphia while staying focused on what matters most: saving owners time, protecting their investments, and making ownership feel manageable again.

South Africa — incredible landscapes, people, and overall experience.
If you “played hooky,” how would you spend your day?
At The Cove in Cape May.
What is your guilty pleasure TV show?
The NBA. Doesn’t matter who’s playing, I’ll have it on.
