Member of the Month: Gabrielly Guimaraes

Hello everyone! My name is Gabrielly, and I’m a Major Account Sales Specialist at Primepoint, where I help businesses with their HR, benefits, and payroll solutions. With Primepoint opening a new office in Center City, we’re excited to expand our reach and support even more businesses throughout Philadelphia. That’s where I come in! 

I graduated from Rowan University and went straight into sales, which gave me the opportunity to really explore Philly while I was in school. I quickly fell in love with the city. The mix of cultures, the incredible variety of foods, and all the unique neighborhoods made it feel like a place full of energy and opportunity. Even as a student, I loved discovering local spots, trying new restaurants, and finding hidden gems around the city.  

Joining Primepoint in this role has been an exciting next step in my career because it allows me to combine my love for sales with my passion for the Philly area. I get to work with amazing businesses - many of which share my appreciation for this vibrant city - and help them grow and succeed. Supporting companies that are as invested in the community as I am makes my work even more rewarding. Philadelphia has so much to offer, and I’m thrilled to be part of a team that helps local businesses thrive while celebrating everything that makes this city special.  

Q&A with Gabrielly:

What is your favorite place you've traveled to? 
My favorite place I have traveled to would have to be Brazil because I get to spend time with my family while enjoying amazing food and culture. It always feels like the perfect mix of meaningful and memorable. 

It’s Sunday at 10 AM. Where are you? 
Starting the morning with coffee or breakfast with friends, enjoying a slow start to the day, and taking time to reset before the week begins.  

If you had an extra hour in the day, what would you do with it? 
I’d use the extra hour to unplug, reset, and prepare for the day ahead – something that always makes a big difference. 

What is something you always wanted to do but haven’t done yet? 
I’ve always wanted to swim with whale sharks. It feels like it would be an unforgettable, life-changing experience. 

What is the first place you’d recommend to someone who’s never been to our city?
Angelo’s is a must-grab cheesesteak! Yes, the line’s long, but it’s one of those experiences that makes the wait totally worth it.
